Questions about your order
You have the option to cancel your order by contacting our customer service team via email at [email protected].
Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
Yes, there is an option for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact. Please note that personalized items are not eligible and cannot be exchanged.
For returns or exchanges, you can contact our customer service at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued via the original payment method.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
**Return by mail**
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to start the return process. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a DHL point.
Note: Shipping costs are €5.95 per order.
**Return in-store**
This option is only available for purchases made in-store. Webshop orders cannot be returned at our physical store.
**Refund**
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria of our return policy. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
**Non-returnable items**
Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you. We kindly ask you to contact the store where you made your purchase. They will be able to help you further.

After your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. This email includes a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
**Click on the link to the tracking number or enter the tracking number on our tracking page.**
The tracking information is not immediately available after your order is placed. Once the package has been processed in our webshop and is ready for shipment, we will send you an email with the track and trace code.

**Lost packages**
At Blond Amsterdam, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order has been lost during transport, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and all relevant details.
**Damaged packages**
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such cases, we kindly ask you to report this to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt via [email protected], including photos of the damaged items or package.
We will look into this quickly and, if necessary, arrange for replacement or refund.
Our standard shipping time for the Netherlands is 2 working days.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Outside the Netherlands, it varies by country. Please note that this can take 3-7 working days.
As soon as your package is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation. Once your package has been scanned by DHL, you can track it.

You can place an order with us using iDEAL, Mastercard/Visa/American Express, and Bancontact.

We ship packages with DHL Parcel. For international orders, local delivery services may handle the package during transit.

Personalization
On our website, for some products, you have the option to click on 'personalize this item.' You can then specify up to 20 characters (letters and numbers only) to be added for an additional €4.50. We handwrite this text, and the product is then baked overnight at 1000 degrees. Due to this process, the wait time can be up to approximately 10 working days.
Please note: We determine the placement of the text, and personalized items cannot be exchanged.
No, this is no longer possible because the item has been specially made for you.
By personalizing, you'll receive a unique product! You can have a name or message added to an item by our painters in the atelier.
When confirming your order, it's important to double-check the text to ensure it's correct.

Personalization costs €4.50 and may extend the delivery time. The exact timing can vary depending on workload.

Since January 1st, disposable cups are no longer allowed in offices and schools. But of course, you still want to enjoy your coffee or tea in style… then you’ve come to the right place! We have cups in various styles and sizes, on which our workshop can put your name. This way, your colleague can’t run off with your coffee or tea. Order your favorite cup now through our webshop or email the sales department for more information about cups with (company) logos (for orders of more than 100 pieces).
